This project involved the construction of a multi-functional public facility in Area 74, Tseung Kwan O, comprising a district open space, a sports centre, and a public library. Led by the Architectural Services Department, the development aimed to meet the growing recreational and cultural needs of the local population. The design emphasized sustainability, accessibility, and community engagement, with features such as solar energy systems, rainwater recycling, and barrier-free access.

Project Overview

This development, led by the Architectural Services Department, provided significant leisure and cultural facilities for the Tseung Kwan O community, including a multi-purpose sports centre, a full-service library, and landscaped public open space.The site covers approximately 1.8 hectares, situated at 2-4 Chui Ling Road, Tiu Keng Leng, and was planned to meet growing population and recreational demands in the area.
