Training Programs
To maintain high standards and quality in our work while fostering individual growth, all employees are encouraged to participate in seminars, lectures, and training courses related to their job functions. LANON considers individual applications for course subsidies and may provide financial support for relevant training seminars and courses.
Graduate Scheme “A” Training
LANON offers a formal, HKIE-approved training scheme for graduate recruits, ensuring they receive comprehensive professional development throughout their training period.
Continuing Professional Development
Staff under the Graduate Scheme “A” Training receive subsidies and study leave for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses. Other professional staff who require CPD courses to maintain membership may also be granted subsidies and special leave, subject to supervisor approval on a case-by-case basis.
Degree Program Subsidies
Assistant Engineers and Assistant Quantity Surveyors may receive full or partial subsidies for approved degree programmes, based on a formal assessment panel’s decision.
First Aid Course
LANON promotes safety awareness by arranging first aid courses for interested employees. The course is free to those who pass the examination, except for Safety Supervisors and Safety Officers, who must obtain first aid qualifications as a job requirement.
