Project Overview:
The contract aims to ensure the maintenance, repair, and improvement of aided school facilities and other properties managed by the Education Bureau. This includes:
• Major repairs, emergency repairs, and ad-hoc improvement projects for aided school premises
• Implementation through designated maintenance term contractors and term consultants
• Coordinating works related to safety, compliance, and education environment enhancement
• The contract covers more than 800 aided schools, with thousands of projects executed annually, such as major and emergency repairs.
