Major A&A Works including:
• Supply and construct structural steel frame with all necessary treatment and protection coating at Upper Basement Floor and G/F.
• Supply and construct fire rated partition walls / reinforced concrete walls and doors at Upper Basement Floor.
• Supply and install raised floor system to new rooms and lobby at Upper Basement Floor.
• Replacement of existing metal fence outside G/F transformer bays with new stainless-steel mesh fence.
• Supply, deliver and install the supporting steel rail and steel propping for transformer transportation.
