Project Overview

The TC C508 project comprised the construction of a Portable Emission Measurement System (PEMS) Laboratory to support environmental regulation and vehicle emission control efforts by the EPD.
The site at Tam Kon Shan Road is the designated location for EPD’s PEMS Laboratory activities, including operator certification, training, and practical emissions measurement.
