Construction of a traffic lane to allow exclusive left-turning traffic movement from the down ramp of Tsuen Wan Road westbound (Tuen Mun bound) to Tsing Tsuen Road (Tsing Yi bound)

Construction of a single-lane vehicular bridge at Texaco Road (westbound) to connect to an existing vehicular bridge section above Tsuen Tsing Interchange which has yet to be opened to traffic

Widening part of the roundabout at Tsuen Tsing Interchange and improving its junction, and other associated works.
