Project Overview:
The project involved the construction of a sewage pumping station near Tai Po Tau Shui Wai.
It included the installation of about 3 km of twin rising mains and 400m of gravity sewers in the Tai Po area.

The pumping station and associated sewers form an integral part of the sewerage network extension in Tai Po, aimed at serving Lam Tsuen, Hong Lok Yuen, and Tai Po Tau Shui Wai areas. It was designed to rectify under-capacity issues in parts of the existing sewerage network in Tai Po Market.

The project helps convey sewage to the Tai Po Sewage Treatment Works, improving local water quality and the living environment near Lam Tsuen River and Tolo Harbour.
