Project overview:
This term contract covered minor works necessary for upgrading or retrofitting government premises—excluding those under LCSD management—to enhance barrier-free access in compliance with the Disability Discrimination Ordinance and other accessibility policies. The aim was to support independent living for persons with disabilities and facilitate community integration.
